This rosé has a well-structured character full of elegant aromas. It is best enjoyed within 24 months of harvest, at 50°F to 54°F.  

HARVEST Manual and selected
VINIFICATION Maceration for 10 to 28 hours, followed by bleeding of the tanks. Cool fermentation to accentuate the wine’s aromas and texture. Aged on lees for 5 months before bottling.
