Château Réal Martin, a superb 18th-century bastide, sits on a hillside between Correns and Le Val, in a remote and preserved area of Provence. Formerly the property of the Comtes de Provence, Château Réal Martin is now a family-owned business run by Jean-Marie Paul, who became a winemaker because of his love of the soil and wine. His sons and the entire team share the same passion for their work. With their deep-rooted trust in the traditional Provence grape varieties, they allow nature to fully express itself and produce a limited quantity of wine that’s authentically Provencal. Château Réal Martin’s annual production is 75% rosé, 20% red, and 5% white wines. The rosé is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. It is light, refreshing, fruity, and crisp. The château produces approximately 12,000 cases annually. |
