A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, enhanced by a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon. |
A fresh and appetizing nose with aromas of orange flower, citrus zest, and raspberry. Gourmand on the palate: raspberry notes dominate a floral base, with a spicy finish. Accessible and charming, it has distinctive aromas of citrus fruits, spice, and amazing minerality. This is the rosé for convivial get-togethers. Serve chilled, 46°-50°F. |

The Château Calissanne rosé is particularly enjoyable as an aperitif or at mealtime. Ideal with a courgette and aubergine gratin, grilled meat or fish, or fresh vegetables enhanced by a drizzle of olive oil. |
After the best juices have been obtained by low-temperature bleeding or pressing, Château Calissanne rosé is vinified at 61°-64°F. To retain this wine's liveliness, the winemaker does not use malolactic fermentation. |
