Beautiful pale color with a silvery sheen. Fine, fruity nose with notes of pineapple, lemon, and almond. Soft and full on the palate with licorice notes.
Excellent with shellfish, white meat, and fish
Destemming. Pellicular maceration under inert atmosphere for a few hours. Gentle pneumatic pressing with selection of first juices. Maturation in oak barrels for several weeks, with stirring of the lees.
