Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence
45% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 25% Cinsault

Round and fresh mouth, perfect balance of acidity and ripeness. Nice aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and exotic fruits. Very long aromatic persistence.

Pairs well with nearly any meal. Excellent with Thai food.
Harvested mechanically at night, when the grapes are at their coolest.

Direct pressing; the juice is kept at extra-cold temperatures for several days, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Clay and chalk with a gravelly consistency
