Coteaux Varois en Provence
Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice strawberry-colored robe with pink hues. The nose offers acidity and red fruit aromas (strawberry, red currant). On the palate, nice acidity, freshness, and length. Best enjoyed in its first two years.

A complex rosé, ideal with all pleasurable summer moments. Drink chilled (47°F).

Grapes are harvested both by hand and mechanically
Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation (57°F), slow fermentation.
