Traditional methods. Careful attention is paid to each parcel, with organic fertilizer used throughout the estate. Process includes total destemming to preserve the integrity of the fruit, a long maceration period (3 to 5 weeks) for optimal extraction of tannins and aromas, and aging in oak barrels for several months. |

The estate features old vines planted in calcareous rock soil. The low-yield parcels lie at the foot of the Loube Mountain in the higher-altitude portion of the property, which receives abundant sunshine in a quasi-continental mesoclimate. |
