Domaine de l'Amaurigue
Côtes de Provence
60% Rolle, 40% Ugni Blanc

This rare Provençal white wine is produced from a selection of old Rolle and Ugni Blanc vines. Aged in French oak barrels, this Côtes de Provence white is full flavored and surprisingly complex. It offers hints of honeyed pear, spices, lemon, and a touch of vanilla. (Also available with screw cap.)

A nice aperitif wine. Also an ideal partner for fish, chicken, or soft cheeses. Serve chilled: 54°F.
Grapes are picked by hand
Typical Burgundy-style vinification is done on this very special cuvée, produced from a selection of old vines. The process includes a short skin maceration period to ensure typical variety flavors and slow, gentle pressing to extract only the best juices. The released juice is introduced directly into oak barrels, where fermentation takes place. The wine is aged for 6 months on fine lees in the same barrels.
