This dark ruby-black wine reveals a fine nose with hints of licorice, cinnamon, and spices. Its well-balanced combination of power and finesse allows this wine to be aged for several years. Perfect with duck, fine cheese, or chocolate-based desserts.
Grapes are harvested at night to avoid temperature hazards and oxidation. Green harvesting methods are used to control yields.
Vinification by gravity after direct pressing using a pneumatic system; nitrogen is used to avoid oxidation. Vinification and aging in oak barrels for 12 months.
