Brilliant color with aromas of cherry and licorice. Supple mouth with round tannins.
Grapes are harvested by machine and sorted manually
Grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan

Process: traditional vinification; 1 month in vats, maturation in tanks
Schistose soil
50 hectoliters per hectare
