Côtes de Provence
Deep color. Complex nose with aromas of herbs, cocoa, and spices. Velvety mouth, mature, with fine tannins. Harmonious evolution, with a long and persistent finale of sweet spices and chocolate
Grapes are harvested by machine and sorted manually
Grape varieties: 70% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Grenache

Process: 1 month in vats, maturation in tanks
Schistose soil
40 to 45 hectoliters per hectare
20,000 bottles
