The Grande Réserve white has a crystal color with a tint of green. Intense and full, with aromas of white fruits and pineapple, this wine is very pleasing. Open a few minutes in advance and serve as an aperitif at 50°-52°F, followed by a meal of grilled fish or shellfish. Keeps up to two years. |

Grape variety: Rolle (Vermentino)
Process: Gentle pressing is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature; no malolactic. Aged 8-10 months in stainless steel with the lees (a small part in barriques). |

The vines are planted in gravely soil (clay-calcareous) resulting from glaciations. Soil receives traditional treatment, without herbicides or pesticides. |
