Château La Calisse
Coteaux Varois en Provence
A slightly woody wine, ample and round, with shades of grilled bread. Aromas of candied lemon.
Grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, with selected bunches carried to the cellar in 20kg boxes.
Vinification in new oak barrels
Chalky soil, balanced texture
35 hectoliters per hectare
