Château La Calisse
Coteaux Varois en Provence
Round, well balanced, and silky, with notes of currant.
Grapes and harvested by hand when fully ripe, and the selected bunches are carried to the cellar in 20 kg boxes.
Light maceration of the grapes is followed by bleeding to extract the juices. Low-temperature fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats.
Chalky, with a balanced texture
