Pink with purple highlights; intense and aromatic with hints of exotic fruits; well-balance, fruity flavor with salt on the finish. Best served chilled. |

Serve as an aperitif, with a salad, or with grilled fish and other grilled foods. |

Grapes are harvested by hand at the peak of maturity and put in small boxes, then are carefully sorted and selected at the cellar. The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and immediately cooled with dry ice to prevent oxidation and to preserve flavors. |

The grapes macerate, then are pressed; the juice is clarified and placed in stainless steel tanks to ferment at a low temperature. Aging on the lees. |
