The wine is light pink in color with strawberry, white peach, and almond paste aromas, as well as a certain mineral taste that comes from the terroir.

Serve at 54°F as an aperitif, with salads and savory tarts. |

Grapes are picked early in the morning to retain their fresh aromas. |

The juice is settled at 54°F, and vinification takes place at 64°F. The wine is then gently matured on the lees to give it greater presence and length on the palate. |

The soil is reddish with a high proportion of limestone fragments that have come down from the surrounding mountains. |
